The Monroe County Local History Room & Museum's purpose is to connect people to the past in a meaningful way using interactive exhibits illustrating Monroe County History, a research library for genealogists and local historians, and engaging public programs.
Take I-90 to Sparta/Melvina exit #25. Turn left onto Hwy. 27. Head N. on Hwy 27 until Hwy 16/Wisconsin St. Turn rt onto Hwy 16/Wisconsin. Turn left onto Court St. We are at Main & Court intersection.
