This position supervises the Member Service staff, supports sales efforts, solves escalated member interactions and helps members with complex matters. Consistently provides an atmosphere of high quality member service. Other duties include scheduling, training, and coaching Member Service employees. Assists the Branch Manager in development of policies and procedures, branch security, monitoring branch goals and more. An Associate or Bachelor's degree in a business related field and/or four years of Member Service Representative experience with Consumer Lending and Supervisory experience preferred. Proven sales experience required. Successful candidate will be proficient in use of various office machines, technology and computer software, along with proven ability to analyze complicated factual and mathematical situations and apply functional principles & develop solutions. Valid WI driver's license required.
