We are looking to add a Member Service Representatives to our team in our Black River Falls office! We have full-time and part-time positions available! Member Service Representatives are the "face" of the credit union and welcome members and non-members in a friendly and professional manner. They meet member’s financial needs by providing exceptional, efficient service on a wide variety of transactions. This position is similar to what you might think of as a "teller" at other financial institutions. If you have experience in public facing roles, excellent communication, math, and computer skills, and are dedicated to exceptional customer service, CCU could be the right fit for you! Cash handling or related financial industry background is preferred but not required.
